At Head to Heal Family Wellness Centre we take a holistic approach to helping you feel your best—inside and out. We have two locations in Regina, SK and Victoria, BC. Here are some of the modalities we offer:

Personalized Naturopathic Medicine - our Naturopaths seek to address the root cause of imbalance getting in the way of health.

Wholistic Dispensary

In our dispensary, we offer a variety of high quality naturopathic supplements, herbs, and homeopathic remedies that are available to the public. Any purchase or use of dispensary items without a full personal consult with the naturopathic doctor is not a naturopathic prescription, and is to be considered use only by your own wise discretion.

Direct Billing

We offer direct billing for most of our services for many different insurance companies. Inquire within if we can bill your insurance company!

Infrared Sauna

Compliments other sessions wonderfully!

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that uses light to make heat. This type of sauna is sometimes called a far-infrared sauna. “Far” describes where the infrared waves fall on the light spectrum. A regular sauna uses heat to warm the air, which in turn warms your body. An infrared sauna heats your body directly without warming the air around you.

Some of the benefits include detoxification, support for cardiovascular health, immune health, exercise recovery, mood, encourages development of more collagen and elastin for skin health, pain relief, relaxation, and lowered inflammation.
